Dr J. Magendran, an author, National faculty, excellent teacher, Gold medalist, is currently working as Professor, in the Department of Forensic Medicine, Saveetha Medical College, Chennai.

Dr. Magendran J. completed his MBBS from Chengalput Medical College, Chennai and went on to pursue Forensic Medicine as his field of interest in one of the most premier institutes in India, The Institute of Forensic Medicine, Madras Medical College, Chennai. With great passion and interest in Forensic Medicine, he chose the subject in his very first attempt of the PG entrance examination.
